Youth Crisis Mobile Response Hotline - (833) 885-CARE (2273)

When a young person is in crisis, Youth Crisis Mobile Response will help talk through the “what’s going on”—big or small. They work to provide support over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and connect the young person (child, teen or young adult) with local mental health professionals who can come to their home in 1- to 24-hours.


2-1-1 Heartline

So many things in life can leave a person in crisis: the aftermath of a storm, the loss of a job, abuse at home, mental health struggles, bills higher than earnings. Perhaps you need help feeding your family or treating a medical condition. 2-1-1 Heartline provides the resources and support you need to get back on your feet. It’s free and confidential.


Reach-Out - (800) 522-9054

Reach-Out is the ODMHSAS's 24-hour toll free information and referral hotline. A resource for all Oklahomans, Reach-Out is there for individuals in a crisis and for those who simply want information. All calls are free and confidential.

The Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Hotline can help you with safety planning, emergency shelter, and crisis intervention. The hotline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all calls are free and confidential.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a network of local crisis centers that are available 24/7 to provide support for youth and adults who are in any kind of emotional crisis.

The Trevor Project - 1-866-488-7386

The Trevor Project is a 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline for LGBTQ youth.

Youth can also text "Trevor" to 1-202-304-1200 for support, or use the online chat feature on the Trevor Project's website.

TrevorText is available Monday-Friday between 3PM to10PM. TrevorChat is available seven days a week between 3PM to 10PM.

Runaway Youth - National Runaway Safeline: 1-800-786-2929

The National Runaway Safeline helps youth who have run away, are thinking about running away, or who already ran away but are ready to come home. Parents and guardians can also contact the hotline if they are worried about their child running away or if their child has already left home.

The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Youth, parents, and guardians can also use the online chat feature on the Runaway Safeline's website to ask for help and get support, or can send a text to 66008.

Trans Lifeline is a free crisis hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. The hotline operates every day from 10:00 AM

Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime, about any type of crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform.
