Grand Lake Mental Health Center Crisis Services serving Delaware County in Jay, OK. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, our Urgent Recovery Centers (URCs) are here to help. Our mental health professionals, RNs, Recovery Support Specialists and an on-call physician are trained to help you through a crisis. You will be allowed to stay 24/7 until you feel you are no longer in crisis. The URCs are currently admitting adults only. Crisis Residential Treatment.
