Assists individuals with mental health needs to access care and support appropriate to their needs. Center helps callers navigate the complexities of the mental health service delivery system, referring them to community providers, including mental health centers and other community social service organizations for access to support, evaluation and treatment. Services includes housing, mental health education, support groups, pro bono counselling, mental health screening and referral, suicide prevention, peer-to-peer recovery services, employment readiness, community health and wellness initiatives, and criminal justice advocacy.
