Adult and Children’s Outpatient therapy services for persons with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Services may include, but are not limited to, screening intake and referral services, case management services, individual and/or group therapy, individual and/or group rehabilitation services, medication clinic services, services to homeless individuals, peer support services, crisis services, wellness activities and support, adult drug court, and intensive outpatient services.
